Pending Arrival
The order has not yet arrived at our last mile hub. This status is only applicable for orders where Grasshopper is handling the last mile only.

Pending Pickup
The order has not yet been picked up from the manufacturer to be shipped to our consolidation hub or our last mile hub. This status is only applicable for orders where we are handling shipment to our last mile hub.

The order has been picked up from the manufacturer and is in transit to our consolidation hub.

The order is in our last mile hub and has been picked from the inbound trailer by our inbound team and is awaiting loading on a home delivery truck.

The order is loaded on a home delivery truck and should be delivered to the customer’s home by the end of the day.

Delivered
The order has been successfully delivered to the customer’s home.

Delivery Failed
The order was loaded onto a home delivery truck but the delivery was not successful. The customer was not able to accept the delivery because he or she was not available.

Damaged
The order was taken to the customer’s home but the delivery was not successful because the order was damaged during the delivery.

Rejected
The order was taken to the customer’s home but the delivery was not successful. This could be for a few reasons - the order did not fit in the customer’s home, the customer did not like the order and refused it, the customer was not ready to accept the order, among others.

Returned
The order has been successfully returned to the manufacturer.

Cancelled
The order has been cancelled. No further action will be taken on the order.

Disposed
The order has been disposed of and is no longer located in the last mile hub. This status is only applicable to orders that are no longer scheduled to be delivered for any reason, whether it is because the order is damaged, the customer cancelled the order, or the customer is refusing the order.
